OBJECTIVE:  The training program for all sections of the Non-Front Line staff aims at Improving the backroom coordination. The main objectives are:

• Helping create a sense of ownership towards the company and greater responsibility towards their job responsibilities.

• Develop a holistic organizational view and corresponding vision of respect and coordination.

• Help develop cohesive team effort amongst various sections of different departments.

   BROAD CONTENTS

• Challenges for the organization- Industry, ownership, competition, growth

• Customer Orientation- external and internal

• Taking all work as an opportunity for growth; linking each activity to customer/profits

• Systems concept- understanding the holistic nature of organizations; developing holistic vision and translating the same into work place

• Roles and responsibilities- the deep inter-relatedness of all work

• Shared responsibility

• Team-work principles in current scenario-‘rise together or perish’

• Developing self-esteem (not ego)

   METHODOLOGY

The first phase is of three days. At the close of the first phase, cross functional teams shall be constituted with each team taking on an ‘on the job’ project.
Case Studies, Simulated learning through active real life examples and cases, shop-floor projects, interactive discussions, exercises, investigative linkages, causal loop diagramming, systems approach, discussions, illustrative examples and awareness exercises form an integral part of training.

The program shall conclude with a one day follow up covering

• Discussions on the project

• Developing Empathy as a value

• Enhanced Teamwork for success and harmony

• Institutionalizing change
